BOOKING FEE POLICY


In certain circumstances we may require the payment of a non-refundable booking fee, these circumstances include, but are not limited to:


  • Long services such as extension fitting & colour services.
  • Clients that repeatedly fail to arrive for appointments and/or have a history of late cancellations.


A booking fee shall be equal to 50% of the total price of the service(s) requested and shall be payable at the point of booking. In the case of cancellations where a booking fee has been paid the following applies:


  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice:
  • The booking fee shall be refunded in full or moved to a rescheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment:
  • No refund shall be afforded and a further booking fee may be required for any subsequent appointment.


If, due to exceptional circumstances including, but not limited to, illness, accident and bereavement, an appointment is cancelled within the required 48 hour notice period, management may consider the circumstances and may waive any charge at their discretion.
