Maria has a long-standing relationship with the industry beginning with an apprenticeship upon leaving school, circumstances led her down a different career path which saw her climb the ladder in customer services and business management, but she has come full circle, realising her ambition of becoming a salon owner and is back to doing what she loves. Customer service and satisfaction is high on Maria’s agenda, and this shows in her attention to detail.

KAYLEIGH

Co-Owner & Style Director

Kayleigh has over 6 years’ experience in the hair industry and a little more than 8 years in the beauty industry. She loves all aspects of hairdressing and excels in the barbering sector using the latest techniques but has a particular fondness for balayage and takes great pride in understanding and realising clients’ needs. Kayleigh builds a relationship with clients at the initial consultation and uses her expert knowledge to provide the appropriate hair advice and work with them to develop solutions that exceed their expectations.

HELEN

Stylist

Helen had a passion for hairdressing from an early age and joined a salon at 16, but life took her in a different direction and eventually she had children. While her children were growing up, she started her own cleaning business which worked well around the rigours of motherhood. After almost 7 years, Helen decided to pursue her dream job and as her two children were grown she was able to study to be a hairstylist. Helen loves every aspect of hairdressing, but she particularly enjoys cutting hair and appreciates how each style is created from different cutting angles. Helen aims to attend an assessor course and train future stylists.

ELISHA

Apprentice

Elisha is 16 years old and has completed her Level 1 qualification in Hair & Beauty and already has salon experience, she is storming through her Level 2 qualification and is already looking forward to completing her Level 3 and fulfilling her goal of becoming a fully qualified hairstylist. Elisha is very chatty, enormously eager to learn and even at this early stage in her career is showing the potential to be a future powerhouse.



LEONIE

Apprentice

Leonie is 17 years old and is working toward her Level 2 qualification. Upon leaving school she looked at law as a prospective career but soon realised her passion lay in hairdressing, she has a bubbly personality and is an extremely enthusiastic and dedicated worker who enjoys nothing more than seeing how clients feel after their hair has been revitalised. Leonie is looking forward to becoming a part of the KS family, developing her skills and meeting clients and is already proving she has the potential to be a tremendous asset.
